UK Standard Delivery
All orders qualify for FREE shipping.
Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery (Mon-Fri).
Our UK services cover the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.
Express (Next Day) Delivery
All UK orders – £7.50
Orders placed before noon will arrive the following working day before 5.30pm
Please note orders placed before noon on a Friday will arrive the following working day.
We ship to most countries within Europe, to United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Uruguay. If you cannot detect your country while checking out please drop us a brief Email and we will get it sorted for you.
The cost of shipping within Europe will be charged at a flat rate of £3. Items will be sent through Royal Mail, International Standard.
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for our products to be delivered.
Shipping outside of Europe will be charged at a flat rate of £5. Items will be sent through Royal Mail, International Standard.
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for our products to be delivered.
In case an order exceeds the total weight of 500g we reserve the right to send a separate invoice with any additional shipping costs.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns and Refunds
In case you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us immediately via Email, quoting your oder number at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask you to return goods within 14 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods you will receive a full refund or replacement including the cost of postage and packaging (plus the cost incurred in returning it, if supported with proof of postage and cost), if returned within 28 days of the date of the invoice (including a copy of the original invoice).

Due to the nature of the goods, returns or exchanges are not available unless the product is damaged or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
